September 21, 2004, the UCA was created.

September 23, 2004, The Board of Directors was established.

October 4, 2004, the UCA Articles of Incorporation were ratified by the Board of Directors.

November 12, 2004, the UCA Bylaws were drafted.

November 19, 2004 The first edition of the UCA Chaplains Manual was drafted.

June 2005, the UCA was registered as a California non-profit group.

October 2005, the UCA received it's Federal 501(c)(3) approval.

November 15, 2005 We began processing applications.
